Continuous improvements with the C2 (Creative Culture) tool

C2 is a tool that helps us to achieve continuous improvements in the system. It also gives us more knowledge on both our guests and our staff and helps us develop our practices and procedures. Each day, we want our employees to record ideas about development both in terms of work conditions and atmosphere and on hotel development. We also collect ideas and even complaints from our guests. It is also important to record positive feedback from guests, managers and fellow workers, which naturally enhances job satisfaction.

Service Certification

Every employee of Clarion Hotel undergoes service training shortly after employment. This is followed up with a degree and certification.
